I am interactive and practical. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to help my clients effectively address personal life challenges. I draw from attachment theory, mindfulness training, trauma recovery and Jungian theory, to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
After completing my Masters Degree at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 1992, I moved to England where I worked as a group therapist for The Women's Therapy Center in London. In 1996 I returned to Sonoma County where I received additional training and experience in EMDR, attachment-based therapy, sand play therapy, mindfulness, trauma recovery, and group therapy.
